Pond Workshop Sunday 22nd February 2026 from 11am to 1pm at the Claremont site
Sheila Gundry from Frogline will be leading a pond-building session with members of the Claremont community. Growers from other sites are most welcome to join this event to find out how to build their own ponds, why it is so important to have sources of water on allotments and what else we can do to support wildlife on our plots and sites

Seed Swap on Lower Common West on 28 February from 11.00 to 12.00
Come along with your spare seeds to swap for something you forgot to order or they something new. Don't forget you can also buy a range of vegetable King's seeds at the Trading Hut at half retail price.
Bath Organic Group Workshops
We are delighted to announce that Bath Allotments Association members are welcome to join the BOG workshops that are held on the third Saturday of each month. Bath Allotments Association Workshops with Carol Stone
Carol has agreed to run a number of her popular workshops again this year. Venues and timings will be announced nearer the dates. Sessions are free to BAA members but numbers are limited so booking will be required. The planned events are as follows:

Annual General Meeting
The AGM will be held on 18th November at the Museum of Bath at Work 7.00p.m. Arrivals from 6.30 tea/cake prior to 7.00pm start. It would be helpful if you could RSVP for catering purposes.

Come along to Moorfields Allotments to learn how to boost wildlife on your plot.
A small pond on an allotment provides vital water for birds, bees and insects and attracts beneficial insects, toads, newts and frogs - natural pest control!

Annual Flower and Produce Show: 6th September
Saturday 6th September 2025 14.00 to 17.00, Claverton Down Community Hall
As in previous years, we will be joining with Claverton Down Horticultural Society for the annual flower and produce show. It is a fun afternoon out for all the family with wonderful displays of flowers, fruit , veg, jams, wines and lots more. Plenty of activities for children and delicious homemade cakes and tea.
