Allotment Growers Open Weekend and Trails
The Allotment Growers Open Weekend is your chance to explore some of the city’s growing spaces. The 2026 trail runs over the weekend 15-16 August. On Saturday 15 August join us on allotments in the north and centre of the city and on Sunday 16 August sites in the south of the city will be open.
This is a great opportunity for you and your families to visit your local allotment, meet allotment growers, take part in free workshops and children’s activities, or take a stroll through several allotments and take in the magnificent views. Plot your own route along the trails using the maps and symbols to plan lunch stops and on-site activities. Entrance to the allotments and activities are free.
A leaflet with a trail map showing the sites open over the weekend and describing the various activities planned is available to download

Paper copies will be available in many locations across the city.
NOTE - although the leaflet says Lyncombe Vale is 'not open to the public' in fact, Tim will be at the allotments at lunchtime so if you are passing you can take a look at an extra site.
The sites open are listed below but the SITES page on the website has more details of all the Bath Allotment sites, including in some cases their history and interesting facts.
